Observe the people next to you.
Observe the animals, the care with which they were created. The sweetness, the little face, every smallest and most delicate hair.
The people you love, with their strengths and weaknesses. The gratitude you have in your heart for their love.
Now, gently, observe yourself. Remember that you too, like them, have been thought in every little detail and designed with affection and intention.
Keeping this in mind, that God created you with love, that as you appreciate the people and animals that He created, so you too are appreciated and loved, how would you imagine yourself in your New Year?
